Custom software & mobile apps
Purpose-built applications for workflows that off-the-shelf products can't handle well.
e.g. field-service app · intake and scheduling systemRegal Spark Systems finds the operational problems that quietly cost you time, money and capacity, puts a number on them, and builds the software, automation and AI that removes them.
Technology should make a business simpler to run, easier to understand and ready to grow. So we look at how the work happens today before we recommend anything.
We map the workflow, find the real constraint and measure what it costs in hours, errors, risk and missed revenue.
We recommend the right fix for the problem. Sometimes that's custom software. Sometimes it's an integration, an automation or a better process.
We turn the fix into dependable infrastructure, with documentation and support, so it keeps working without heroics.
Once the friction is gone, your team can take on more work without adding the same amount of headcount.

One live view of the numbers you currently rebuild by hand.
Surveys, assessments, evidence and audit trails in one place instead of scattered files.
Give clients and staff a clean place to submit, track and approve work.
Connect the tools you already pay for so data is entered once and flows everywhere.
Fix, extend or modernize existing software and processes before replacing them.
If an inexpensive existing tool solves your problem, we'll tell you. We recommend custom development only when the business case justifies it.
Qualified businesses get a focused diagnostic at no upfront charge. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.
Larger audits that need deep investigation before anyone can estimate responsibly are scoped as a separate, agreed paid engagement. We'll say so up front.
Every engagement has a one-time implementation and a recurring subscription. You see the initial investment and the ongoing commitment before you sign.
One consolidated price for the agreed scope, paid against milestones.
Defined services that keep your solution running and improving after launch.
After launch, new features are scoped and priced on their own. Your subscription covers its defined services. If an addition creates new ongoing work, we agree the change to the subscription with you first.
A short conversation to confirm the problem, who decides, how urgent it is and whether we're a fit.
We study the workflow, find the constraint and estimate what solving it is worth.
You get our recommended approach and a preliminary scope, including the option of not building anything.
Implementation scope, subscription services, pricing and payment terms, all in writing.
The engagement is signed and the first milestone is funded so delivery can begin.
Requirements, acceptance criteria, architecture and delivery milestones, agreed with you.
We build, test and demo working software in steps, and you accept each one.
We launch, train your team and support them through the first weeks of real use.
We deliver the subscription services you signed up for: hosting, support, monitoring and more.
When you're ready for more, upgrades and new capabilities are scoped separately.
Regulatory work tracked across inboxes, folders and spreadsheets.
Questionnaires and reviews that take days to compile and are hard to audit.
Client work that depends on manual hand-offs between people and tools.
Critical processes living in files only one or two people fully understand.
Requests, approvals and status updates that disappear into threads.
The same data typed into three tools, with no single view of the business.
Anything else, ask us during qualification. We'd rather you know exactly what you're getting.
Yes. The standard diagnostic is free for qualified businesses, and if you don't proceed you owe nothing. We never charge for it after the fact. If your situation needs a much deeper audit before anyone can estimate, we'll propose that as a separate paid engagement before any work starts.
No. We recommend custom development when the business case justifies it. If an existing product, an integration or a process change solves the problem well, that's what we'll suggest.
Software needs hosting, monitoring, updates and support to keep delivering results. The subscription covers those defined services, and your agreement lists exactly what's included, the support limits and any usage allowances.
Additions outside the original scope get their own scope, price and timeline. If they create new ongoing work, we agree any subscription change with you before building.
Before delivery starts, we agree acceptance criteria, milestones and a change-request process. During the build you see progress through regular demos, and you sign off each milestone.
Whatever fits the problem: web and mobile applications, workflow automation, AI services, databases, BI dashboards and integrations between the tools you already use. Our engineers and technical leads bring enterprise experience in AI and compliance systems.
